Brains on Film was a public access show from 1989 through 1991, produced in Lexington, Kentucky. The show featured commentary and criticism focused on genre film and drive-in theaters. Brains on Film inspired countless programs throughout the nineties and played a part in the elevation of camp and low-budget filmmaking. 

 

But Not Us explores the show's production, demise, and eventual resurgence in the digital age.
